Back-to-back flicks for Kavya Madhavan

Actress Kavya Madhavan has started the year on a positive note, signing back-to-back flicks. The actress will soon start the shoot of Aashiq Abu's next. The film is one among the short 40 minute expositions in Amal Neerad's 'Anju Sundarikal'.

"Though the media was abuzz with reports that Kavya's next is an Aashiq Abu flick, it is only a few days back that the actress actually signed the dotted line," says a source close to the actress and adds that Kavya is likely to start the shoot for the movie on February 15. She has also signed up for Sohanlal's Kathaveedu. The movie will see Kavya opposite Kunchacko Boban. The stars are reuniting for a project after a hiatus; their last outings were Dosth and Kilukkam Kilukilukkam.

"Kavya is quite excited about teaming up with Aashiq Abu, who has delivered several hits last year," says the source. Sohanlal's film is a compilation of four stories by Malayalam literary greats — M T Vasudevan Nair, Madhavikutty and Vaikam Mohammed Basheer.
